How to Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please follow the instructions below to request account deletion.

Deletion Process

To initiate the deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your ERGONPLUS account.

Note: Your request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Upon receiving your email, we may reach out for verification to ensure the request is legitimate.

Once deleted, you will lose all progress, data, and active subscriptions associated with your account, and this action cannot be reversed.
